Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are there bathrooms on the property?
A: we have a small portable camping toilet on site but due to the sensitive Eco system we ask our guests to bring their own we do not allow holes to be dug

Q:Is the river good for paddle boarding?
A: Absolutely! Launch directly from the campsite and float/paddle 5 miles downstream. 4 hrs on a SUP. 8+ hrs on a tube. Or, if you prefer, just paddle upstream on the wide tranquil waters of the llano

Q: Is the river functional during a drought?
A: The main Llano river seems to handle the drought conditions better than other hill country rivers. We have never cancelled a downriver run due to lack of water. So bring your shorts and come get wet!
